Walking through that Christmas Reference (from the last post)

Whew, it may have been a little early for a reference to Holiday cheer…we haven’t even gone through Halloween, much less Thanksgiving!

How about this, take a walk and notice that you wont get the common cold this fall season. Your nose may cause you a lot of problems – from allergies to tears of joy and woeful sniffles – but if you wanted a way to stay healthy and away from a dry and irritated nose, take a nice walk.

Get out the stroller! It will even be good for you child as well! Here are some hard scientific facts to urge you out the door:

Any sort of aerobic exercise gets the blood flowing and thus releases valuable flows of antibodies and white blood cells. All these aerobic warriors ward off illness and keep your corpus alive and ticking so you can push through the fall chill. Additionally, as exercise raises production of some antibodies, it lowers the development of stress hormones that can suppress the body’s immune system.

Alright so grab a hoodie a stroller and even your dog and its lease and get out there for at least 20 minutes today, you’ll find yourself breaking the friendship with Mr. Suffleupagus!
